Job Title: M& E Officer- Kampala

The position holder will independently conduct evaluations of partner sub projects based on the GOAL Uganda Evaluation Framework and support the further development and implementation of the monitoring and evaluation systems that will provide information at project

Essential Requirements:
• Degree in Social Sciences, development Studies or related relevant subject
• Minimum 3 years work experience in M&E with an NGO
• Demonstrated experience of independently leading and conducting in depth investigation
• Good computer skills

Desirable Requirements:
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience of conducting multi-indicator Cluster Surveys
• Experience with the computer package SPSS
• Good communication skills
