Job Title: Accounts Clerk

Introduction
• Ensures that the company pays the correct price for the item ordered on the date it is due and payable.
Minimum Requirements
• 2 years prior experience as an Accounts Clerk
• Tertiary qualification will be an added advantage (Not compulsory)
• Must be Computer literate
Job Specification
• Ensures that all transactions are processed correctly (Process supplier invoices correctly, match documentation correctly etc)
• Creditors reconciliations, Creditors cheques, Creditors month end
• Monthly reports
• GRN Reports
• Accounts queries
• Ensure that month end deadlines are met
Salary
• Market Related Salary
