Introduction
• Our Client requires the services of an HR Generalist
Minimum Requirements
• 3 Year degree or diploma in Human Resources advantage;• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Human Resources Administration
Job Specification
• Assist in establishing a positive company brand during the recruitment process through creative recruitment strategies and policies
• Control recruitment, terminations, promotions, transfers
• Coordinate the company Long Service Awards and Retirement Functions according to company procedure on an annual basis or according to company needs
• Compile, maintain and update the contract of service for all company appointments including permanent and fixed term contractual appointees according to updated wage agreements, job changes, new procedures.
