Job Title: Project Officer- Monitoring and Evaluation
Key Responsibilities:
Monitoring & evaluation system, data collection and analysis
• Review the project implementation plan and develop monitoring and evaluation framework for the project with a focus on enabling the measurement of progress and tangible positive impacts of the project to the children and targeted beneficiaries
• Develop, supported by the National Office M&E Coordinator and IT Officer, a database for storing and analysis of monitoring and evaluation data

Management and Reporting:
Report weekly on work plan progress and prepare monthly reports detailing not only data collected but also support visits to communities, outcome of any training done and support given, quality issues regarding collected data, findings from data analysis

Specifications:
• A bachelors degree in social sciences, political science or related field ( a post graduate Diploma in M&E or project management will be an added advantage

At least 3 years experience with humanitarian work in an international organization; at least 3 years of implementing impact monitoring and evaluation activities; strong networking, and coordination skills, database software knowledge is required
