Job Title: Technical Services and Innovation Director
Role:
• Contribute to the strategic direction of MSU, leading implementation of MSU plans and strategies with the other directors
• Provide overall leadership, guidance and management to the TSI department
• Lead, direct and be accountable for the performance of all donor projects
• Oversee the design and roll out of research and M&E activities to support evidence-based decision making in the programme

Skills and Experience:
Qualifications
• Minimum of a university Degree in Health Science, social Science, or international development management;
• Master degree is preferred.
• Knowledge of clinical Health, community Outreach, family planning and social marketing

Experience:
• Extensive experience in a similar management position preferably in the health management, family planning, community development and/or social marketing industry
• Good understanding of USAID compliance requirements
• Proven track record of people management and leadership skills
