Technicians Job Vacancy at Salama Shield Foundation in Uganda

Job Title: Technicians
Scope: assist instructors in preparation of workshops and classrooms, lessons and teaching the subjects of their specialties

Duties:
• Assist instructors in preparation of schemes of work and lesson plans in line with the approved curriculum on termly and weekly basis
• Assist instructors to conduct lessons, tutorial and practical training according to the set time table
• Participate in setting, administering and marking internal and then prepare students for external theoretical and practical examinations
• Assist instructors carryout continuous assessment and evaluation of trainees’ performance

Qualifications:
• Ordinary technical diploma with a certificate or diploma in technical teacher education or the equivalent from a recognized university
• Registered with the ministry of education and sports
• Must have at least one teaching specialty in their trade
