Job Title: Facilities Handy Man
Reports to: Services Maintenance Controller

Responsibilities:
• Conducting buildings, furniture, drainage, slab and associated company facilities maintenance inspections, cleaning and repairs as assigned
• Conducting assessments and repair of any faults identified as a result of inspections
• Giving accurate complete feedback on all work executed on site or offsite to the Maintenance Controller and users
• Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications:
• A certificate in Plumbing, Carpentry and Joinery or any other related field.
• A minimum of 2 years experience in masonry or plumbing or fabrication in a busy manufacturing environment
• Must be strong team player and able to work under minimum supervision
