Job Title: Head of Human Resources
Reports to: Deputy Managing Director
Main Purpose:
As a key member of the Management Team, the job holder will be responsible for leading and managing the human resource function of the Fund from both an operational and strategic perspective

Major Activities of Job
• Responsible for senior level decision making and strategic direction of the fund. This will include developing HR strategy and workforce planning
• Develop, review and implement HR approved policies and procedures inline with HR best practices
• Develop and manage the HR annual budget while ensuring accountability , good contract management practices and cost management

Qualifications:
• A Bachelors Degree in Human Resource management, social sciences or any other related field
• Masters Degree in Human Management or a relevant field
• Post graduate diploma or a professional qualification in Human Resource or a relevant field
• Post graduate diploma or a professional qualification in Human Resource Management

Experience:
• Minimum of seven years work experience with three years of HR experience at senior management level in a relatively large organization
