Job Title: MANAGER COMPLIANCE (1 VACANCY) REF. DSC 15/70/01 SALARY SCALE: UGANDA GOVERNMENTSCALE KCCA 5 AGE: 30 AND ABOVE MINIMUM QUALIFICATION AND WORKING EXPERIENCE Applicants should be Ugandans holding an Honor’s Bachelor’s degree in either Commerce or Business Administration or Finance and Accounting or Accounting or Law or any other qualifications closely related to any of the above disciplines plus full professional accounting qualifications such as ACCA, CPA from a recognized university/awarding institution. Possession of a Master’s Degree in any business related course/discipline from a recognized University/institution will be of added advantage. DUTIES:- The incumbent will be responsible to the Director Internal Audit for performing the following duties:-  Coordinating the process of development and review of the Authority’s compliance policies and procedures in line with the regulatory framework.  Developing and monitoring the implementation of compliance test programs and checklists for all Authority’s functions as per the Authority objectives and applicable standards.  Evaluating Authority’s processes and procedures for effectiveness and identifying opportunities for improvement as per Authority Objectives.  Monitoring the development and implementation of training and sensitization programs on all compliance related matters.  Establishing mechanism for identifying any non-compliance with the Authority’s set standards.  Preparing quarterly reports for submission to Management about the compliance with the Authorities standards and programmes.  Managing the performance and development of staff in line with the Authority’s Performance Management system.  Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time How to Apply: Applications are invited from suitably qualified Ugandans to fill the following vacant posts in Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA), during the third phase of the recruitment exercise.
