Job Title: Associate- Petroleum and energy
Reports to: Partner
Job Purpose:
To contribute to the achievement of the firm’s petroleum and energy strategic objectives
Key Accountabilities:
• Draft, review and negotiate petroleum and energy agreements
• Prepare legal opinions on petroleum and energy matters
• Advise on petroleum and energy sector regulatory compliance
• Manage client relations
Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Laws Degree
• Post graduate Diploma in Legal practice
• Valid practicing certificate
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years post qualification experience in a commercial law practice with hands on experience with the petroleum/ energy sector
