Our Client Total E&P Uganda is seeking to recruit suitably qualified candidates for the above vacancy;

Job vacancies for senior and junior engineers.

Main Job Responsibilities:

    Integrate Total Exploration and Production Uganda telecommunications network related to powerful voice and data communications means to the Head-quarter’s system, to ensure that they are reliable, economical, and compliant with Total’s Telecommunication referential.
    Guarantee the availability, operability and reliability of the telecommunications systems and recommend technical architectures and solutions for the subsidiary.

Qualifications:

    University degree in Telecommunication engineering.
    Minimum 6 years of experience, at least 3 of which have been in telecommunications in oil & gas industry (upstream).
    Expertise in IP layer protocols and IP addressing in a complex environment.
    Awareness of application layer protocols (HTTP, FTP, SMTP, Telnet, NFS, NT).
    Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
