Job Title: Chief Manager, Microfinance Credit
Reports to: General Manager Credit

Key Result Areas:

• Develop, coordinate the implementation, monitor and evaluate micro credit programmes/ workplan in line with then business plan.
• develop guidelines and review micro credit/ consumer business growth targets and set benchmarks for the bank in line with the business plan
• monitor the quality of the bank's micro loan portfolio, propose remedial actions report of compliance in line with the business plan of the bank

Required Qualifications:

• Honors degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics and other relevant course from a recognized University
• Other relevant post graduate qualification is added advantage
• experience and proven track record in a similar ;role in a regulated financial institution is clear advantage.
