Job Title: General Manager Finance
Reports to: Managing Director

Role
Plan, direct and control the financial resources of the bank and ensure sound overall financial management and reporting in line with he strategic plan, and lead  a team of professional staff in line with the reguratory, frame work, the FIA standards and the ALCO risk management guideline.

Key Result Areas
•    Plan, develop and implement the Bank’s financial performance strategies, carryout project evaluations, consolidate possible scenario analyses/ completion analyses for bank projects in line with the business plan and regulatory framework
•   coordinate the process of consolidating monthly, periodic, and adhoc financial reports to EXCO and the board in line with the regulatory framework, IFRS and the bank budget

Required Qualifications:
Honors degree from a recognized university in accounting, BBA, commerce, economics or banking & investiment

Aprofessional qualification of ACCA or CPA
A relevant Masters Degree
Experience and proven track experience of 3 years at senior management level
