Job Title: Office Attendant
(Reporting to the Administrative Officer)

Applicants must possess minimum Uganda Certificate of Education (O’ level) or the equivalent preferably with training in catering services or- office management. The applicant must be a self driven, clean, hardworking, honest, and responsible and a well organized person with good communication skills. He/she must be a team player with positive attitude towards work and colleagues.
Applicants must also possess at least two years continuous experience in a reputable organization in a related field.
Main Duties
a) Prepare and serve tea to staff and visitors;
b) Provide support to all officers in terms of cleaning and pantry services;
c) Keep the social amenities (kitchen, meeting rooms, staff canteen e.t.c) and equipment in a clean and working condition;
d) Ensure that sundry items needed on the washrooms are available at all times;
e) Any other duties as shall be assigned form time to time.
Age limit: Not more than 30 years Salary and Benefits
The positions will be offered under a contract of three years, renewable. Attractive salaries and conditions will be available to the right candidates.
