Job Title: Head of Trade, Economic Policies, Lobying and Advocacy ( Job Ref JVA 00160)
Reports to: Secretary General

Responsibilities:

• Create greater awareness and sensitization of key players and the general public on the need for favorable business environment for the chambers members
• Develop strategies for lobbying the government and other stakeholders to create and sustain favorable business and trade policies
• Create, mainstream and sustain advocacy in all UNCCI's member's interests

Personal Specifications:

• A minimum of five years experience in business in a competitive result focused environment
• Proven experience in advocacy work as well  as Data collection, Research, report writing and documentation 
• A minimum bachelors degree in Social Sciences or Economics or Business or journalism
