Job Title: Nation Service Manager
Responsibilities:
• To lead, oversee & analyse the service performance of the distributor and develop situations to ensure market competitiveness & sustainability of the company or its operations
• To develop and facilitate the implementation of effective strategies that promote improved business performance in the service operations
• To hold responsibility for the overall management of service revenues and costs to ensure improved business performance in the service operations
Qualifications/ Skills/ Knowledge Required
• Professional qualification in Automotive Engineering
• Minimum 5 years management experience & knowledge in service operations- preferably Toyota
• Specific Automotive Aftersales Business knowledge
- Customer handling skills
- Communication and interpersonal skills
