Job Title: Administrative Assistant/ Office Management Secretary
To perform Secretarial and administrative functions within the LVEMP 11 National project Coordination Team
Reports to: National Project Coordinator
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial services to the national project coordinator
- Process travel arrangements for staff in the project office, partners and consultants
- Assist in the preparation of Special Service Agreements and follow up on payments for consultants
- Follow up on payments for the vendors
- Coordinate office functions with other offices/ sections
- Diploma in secretarial Studies with sufficient skills in typing at 60wpm and 120 wpm in shorthand. supplementary courses/ training in finance, administration or other relevant field required. A degree is an added advantage
- A minimum of 6 years experience in working with office management / administrative issues
