Our Client Innovis offers Network Services and has vast experience in running complex networks. It works with Telecom Operators in Network Planning & Deployment Services, Network Operations Services, Network Performance Services, Market Entry & Consulting services and HR - Manpower Consultancy Services & is seeking to recruit a result driven and motivated individual for the vacancy above;
Objective : To manage end to end HR function of an Organisation of 50 employees.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Recruitment of resources
Induction of new employees
Ownership of HR policy and ensuring implementation of same
Employee Performance Management
Facilitating Employee motivation program
Co-ordinate with Line Manager for Employee feedback
Comp & Benefit as per company directive
Management of regulatory compliance
Co-ordinate with Finance for reimbursement of Employee claims
Management Degree with HR specialisation.
Must be user friendly with Microsoft office package like excel, word and power point etc
5-6 years of hard core HR experience of a Services company having Technical.
