Job Title: Sales Assistant- Laboratory
NMS 2012/03: Sales Assistant- Laboratory

Reports to: Sales and Marketing Officer

Purpose of the Job:
To ensure that NMS customer requirements with regards to medicines and related health supplies are effectively and efficiently captured and served

Key Accountabilities/ Key result areas

• Receiving customer orders and initiating order processing in line with set procedures
• Handling technical customer inquiries to customer satisfaction according to the pharmaceutical and NMS standards with regard to the selling of medicines related health supplies
• Preparing sales monthly reports in line with the sales and marketing plan

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Laboratory Technology 
• Computer knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint
• Member of Allied Health Professional Council
