Job Title: Manager, Work place Banking (SBG 12)
Reports to: Head Personal Banking


Job Purpose:

• Functional support head of all the country work place banking  activities in the Personal and Business Banking.
• Formulate and drive the framework for work place banking activities ensuring growth in line with the country strategy
• Maintenance and optimize business in existing work place banking schemes in the corporate, public and private sector

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

• Must have a relevant business qualification
• proven sales track record in the financial services sector
• Knowledge of local competitor tactics, distribution channels and product offering
• 5 years banking experience with exposure to sales
• Thorough  knowledge and understanding of code of banking practices
