Job Title: Technical Brewer
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide brewing technical expertise
• Complete detailed project plans and technical reports for brewery projects, trail brews
• Operate brewing plant and equipment
• Design and execute experiments
• Mentor and train shift staff
• Manage the franchise brands

Person Specifications:

• BSc in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Food Science and Technology or equivalent higher Diploma in Brewing 
• Technical brewing traineeship  completion is an added advantage
• Solid understanding of brewing process and operational aspects
• Ability to design experiments
• Exposure in quality control laboratory
