Job Title: M&E Officer
Responsible to: Project Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support and review the project plan. Agree on project performance indicators, methods of information collection and storage, monitoring time frames and roles/ responsibilities
• Document and disseminate the project M&E framework to all stakeholders
• Writting all relevant reports including monitoring, implementing and training reports
• Capacity building of the project team in practices and processes for documentation

Basic Qualifications, Training and Experience

• Degree or training in M&E, bio-statistical analysis, data management, or relevant fields
• At least 3 years experience designing and implementing participatory  project M&E systems
• Excellent analytical,  team work and interpersonal skills
• Excellent documentation skills

A bachelors degree in health, development studies or other relevant field
IT skills will be a required advantage
