Job Title: Project Accountant
Responsible to : Project Manager

Overall Objectives:
Reporting to the project manager, the Project Accountant will provide technical financial

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure that established internal control systems regarding project financial management are in place adhered to be maintained
• Ensure that all expenditures are made in line with donor's requirements and  established guidelines, procedures, cash flows and availability of funds
• Prepare financial sub project monitoring reports for submission to donors through country office

Basic Qualifications, Training and Experience:

• Degree in business administration, commerce, finance or closely related area
• Possession of professional qualification CPA and ACCA
• a minimum of 3 years experience preferably in an NGO setting.
