Petroleum Engineer Job Vacancy at Ministry of Energy and Mineral Development in Uganda

Job Title: Petroleum Engineer
Duties and Responsibilities:
•    Evaluate drilling/ geological programs and participate in well drilling and completion operations
•    Participate in monitoring of oil companies activities
•    Participate in well testing operations and interpretation of well testing data
•    Define and evaluate development wells; Location, design, incremental production profile

Qualifications, Experience and Competencies:
•    Bachelor of Science Degree( Upper Second) in mining, mechanical, petroleum, or chemical engineering
•    Post graduate training in petroleum engineering will be an added advantage
•    Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
