Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
- Degree/ Diploma holder in customer care with knowledge of office administration from a reputable institution
- Working experience of minimum 6 years in a reputable, large business concern
- Must be well conversant with computers & basic multi-telephone switch board operations
- Possess effective verbal and listening communication skills, knowledge of secretarial functions is an added advantage
- Operate a multiple lines that switch board/ receiving and making phone calls for the entire organization
- In charge of front office & provide customer care services to all walk in clients/ visitors
- Should be able to assist other office with administrative duties when need arises
- Ensure the entire front office area is clean and properly maintained
