Job Title: Receptionist
Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

  • Degree/ Diploma holder in customer care with knowledge of office administration from a reputable institution
  • Working experience of minimum 6 years in a reputable, large business concern
  • Must be well conversant with computers & basic multi-telephone switch board operations
  • Possess effective verbal and listening communication skills, knowledge of secretarial functions is an added advantage
Main Responsibilities:
  • Operate a multiple lines that switch board/ receiving and making phone calls for the entire organization 
  • In charge of front office & provide customer care services to all walk in clients/ visitors
  • Should be able to assist other office with administrative duties when need arises
  • Ensure the entire front office area is clean and properly maintained
