Job Description

Reports to: Sales and Marketing Manager

Employment contract: (3 years)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Participate in formulating marketing strategies/ plans.
• Identify new business opportunities.
• Effect debt collection under set targets.
• Make periodic reports on sales and debt collection.
• Monitor and evaluate clients for credit management purposes.
• Collect withholding tax certificates and Bid Securities from clients.
• Provide customer care to clients.
• Monitor pre-qualification advertisements and respond to them in a timely manner.
• Assist in the preparation of Bids.
• Prepare and submit to management Bid performance reports.
• Ensure timely delivery of finished jobs.
• Liaise with Finance Department in the preparation and distribution of statements.
• Take up any other assignments from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Degree in marketing/Business related disciplines.
• At least 3 years experience in the field of marketing and debt collection.
• Competent, articulate and self-motivated with good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
• Computer knowledge – a MUST.

Age Limit: 35 years

Remuneration: Attractive salary package basing on qualification and experience
