Job Title: District Coordinator
RTI International is implementing the United States Agency for International Development (USAID)-funded Uganda Governance , Accountability Participation and Performance(GAPP) Program.
Duties
• Will serve as the projects resident representatives in several assigned districts .
• She will be responsible for supporting the preparation, implementation and follow up of GAPP activities in assigned districts ;
• Helping to foster intergration and coordination among component activities
• Coordinating with partiner LGs, CSOs and other NSAs; and helping to foster intergration and coordination among component activities.
Key Qualifications
• A master’s degree in a related field and a minimum of three years of relevant experience
• Or a bachelor’s degree and six years of experience ; knowledge of and experience with local governments;
• CSOs, and/or other NSAs in Uganda; willingness and ability to work independently and as part of a team, and strong organization and oral and written communication skills.
