Job Title: Monitoring and  Evaluation  Officer
African Centre  for  Treatment  and Rehabilitation  of Torture Victims  (ACTV) is a non-governmental  organization  dedicated to the promotion  and protection of  human rights  with emphasis on the treatment  and rehabilitation of  survivors .
Responsibilities
•    Design and  update systems  for monitoring  and evaluation  of  ACTV  programs
•    Participate in the  setting  of indicators  for the monitoring  and evaluation  of  ACTV  programs
•    Assist in preparation  of program plans  periodically
•     Prepare  checklists for  conducting program audits
Qualifications
•    An  Honors  Degree  in Statistics , Social  work, Economics , Development studies , Arts or  Social Sciences ;
•    A Masters  Degree  in Statistics , management , Public  Administration , Business Administration , Economics  is an added advantage .
•    A post  graduate Diploma or  equivalent  qualification in Monitoring  and Evaluation  is a requirement .
