Job Title:  Manager, Corporate  Services

Uganda Electricity Transmission Company Limited  is responsible  for  bulk  purchase of electricity from  the generating companies  throughout  Uganda.
Key Result Areas
•    Oversee  the provision  of  legal  services  to the  Company.
•    Provides  services   that lead  to the  timely  and efficient  procurement  of good,  works and  services.
•    Provide  security services  that shall  safeguard all  Company  resources
•    Support the Company  in the performance  of its single  buyer mandate .
The Person
•    University Degree  in Law  or Business  Administration  or the  Institute of Chattered  Secretaries and   Administrators  professional qualification.
•     At least 10 years of work experience  of which five years  should have been at management  level in a   reputable  organization .
•    Significant  experience  in managing  in  handling  Power Purchase  Agreement and power sales agreement .
•    35  years and above .
