Job Title: Finance  Manager

Nakasero  Hospital  Limited  is a  private  hospital  in Kampala that  opened  its  doors  to out-patient  treatment in March  of 2009 and in patient  treatment , the same year .
Role
•    Responsible for  reviewing , compiling , and reporting  of  day-to –day  financial transactions  pertaining  to the  general  accounting  functions  for various  business units  within  the Hospital.
•    Ensure compliance  with  internal controls and corporate  policies and procedures , including the  identification of process  improvements
•    Provide accurate and  timely information  as required.
Qualifications
•    Minimum of  an Accounting  or Business  related degree  from a recognized institution .
•    Must have a professional  accounting  qualification with  a minimum of  three years  post qualification  experience .
•    Experience  in the  health  insurance  or hospital industry  is preferred.
Requirements
•    Report preparation; Review  the accuracy of accounting  records  in the organization to ensure they  give  a true and fair  view of the records  of the organization.
•    Payroll management; Review the accuracy and completeness  of the payroll related  tax  computations  and ensure  that all  payroll related  tax  computation and ensure  that all payroll documentation is properly organized  and filled.
