Job Title:  Business  Development Manager

Nakasero  Hospital  Limited  is a  private  hospital  in Kampala that  opened  its  doors  to out-patient  treatment in March  of 2009 and in patient  treatment , the same year .
Requirements
•    Bachelor’s  Degree  /Master in Business  Administration /Marketing  or equivalent . Must have knowledge  in product development  with at least  six years experience , preferably in the  hospital industry with excellent  negotiation  skills.
•    Should be a  pro-active  self-starter who can operate both individually  and as  part  of a team.
•    Must have outstanding  needs analysis ,positioning ,business justification  and closing  skills.
•    Should superior  presentation and excellent  oral and written  communication skills.
Requirements
•    Proactivelly  seek out  partinership opportunities   and establish  communication and report  with those  businesses  that can  benefit from   NHL’s services
•    Adopt a hands-on  approach  in monitoring  the implementation  and  execution  of marketing programs.
•    Participate fully  in expansion  programs  in as far  as  identification  of appropriate  strategic locations  and advising management  of expansion  opportunities .
•    Ensure that  the Organization  regulary  conducts relevant  market research  and surveys  on current  and new  products /services
