Job Title: Regional Capacity Coordinators
The Baylor College of Medicine Children’s Foundation –Uganda headquartered at Mulago hospital , is a comprehensive HIV/AIDS care and treatment organization that supports the treatment and care of HIV infected and affected Children and Adults.
Role definition ;
• To monitor the implementation of Baylor Uganda Capacity Building activities in the attached regions in line with MoH and Baylor Uganda ojectives for health professional systems strengthening.
Specifications
• An M.B.Ch.B and registered with the Uganda Medical and Dental Practitioners Council,with post graduate training in public health or related area .Training in paediatric HIV management will be of added advantage.
• Have at least five years medical experience and three years experience coordinating health professionals capacity development programs –applicants with proven health worker training and/or mentoring experience are preffered .Partinership experience particularly working with ministry of health district officials will be of added advantage.
• Have proven clinical practice experience in providing HIV care ,treatment and prevention and have ever written research abstracts and manuscripts and even presented in conferences or published
