Job Title: Advocacy and Accountability  Specialist
Plan International  is one  of the oldest  and largest children’s  development  organization in  the World. We work in 50 developing countries  across  the world.
Responsibilities
•    Reporting  to the Director  of Health Services  , the  incumbent  will be a member  of the health services  delivery team , serve as the  projects expert  on Community Advocacy  and Accountability  for the  Nu-hites program.
•    She will provide technical  and strategic  support  in strengthening  community  participation and  ownership of  health  services in Northern  Uganda .
Qualifications
•    Bachelor  degree   (Master’s  preferred) in Development , Social  Sciences , Public Health  or a related field
•    Professional training  on or experience  with  Advocacy  related field
•    Knowledge  of the  socio-economic  and political context in northern  Uganda
•    At least three years  experience in  community advocacy and accountability  of health  projects
