Job Title: Project Manager
The Ministry of  Public Health  is inviting  suitable  candidates  to fill the vacant post above.
Duties
•    To provide  technical   support    to  Ministry  of Public  Service  to facilitate effective  implementation and  coordination  of the  IPPS within the  overall implementation  framework .
•    The project  Manager  will be  coordinating  the implementation  of the  IPPS  sub  projects  and ensuring  that  key activities  are  completed on schedule  within  the  Ministry ‘ s  requirements.

Qualifications
•    MBA  Masters   Degree  in Human  Resource , IT  or  related  field with  at least  15 years  experience  of which  5 years  should  be in similar  assignments .
•    Project Management  certification
•    Experience  in overseeing  implementations  of similar information  systems  in  government  or large  private  sector  organizations  IPPS type  implementations  including  system design  , implementation  and change  management  and quality  assurance .
•    Experience  in project  management  and coordination  of public  sector  projects . Experience  in working  with  public  sector  reform  programs  will be  an  added  advantage .
