Job Title: Health and  Safety Superintendent

Total Limited Uganda is recruiting qualified candidates for the vacant position above.
Responsibilities
•    Assist  the Base  Superintendent in application  of the Health  and  Safety policy  in operations activities .
•    Check  on the  enforcement ,efficiency  and maintenance  of the  Health  and Safety  Management  Systems .
•    Take part  in Health  and  Safety  studies  and risk  assessments  for the  execution  of  operations .
Qualifications
•    Diploma in  a safety  related  field.
•    Minimum  12 years  of  experience  in production and drilling  related  activities in oil  and gas .
•    In  depth  knowledge  of oil  and gas  Health  and Safety  policies and procedures
•    Excellent  oral and written  communication skills .
•    Ability  to work  with minimal  supervision.
•    Previous  experience  in a  start up project is  a plus.
