Job Title:  Branch Manager

Finance  Trust  is one  of the  oldest  Microfinance  Institutions in Uganda  having  started  its operations  in  1984.


Key Result Areas
•    Plan, budget  and co-ordinate  branch  operational &   business  activities  .
•    Grow and maintain a quality loan portfolio.
•    Market  the credit  and savings  products  in line  with the  marketing  strategy
•    Manage  the back  office  banking  controls  in line  with  the  company’s  risk  management   flame  work.
•    Guide , develop  and  motivate  branch  staff

Requirements
•    A  Bachelors  degree  in Commerce  , Marketing  , Accounting  ,  Business  Administration  or any  other  related  business  discipline gained  from  a  recognized  university.
•    Six  years working  experience   gained from  a financial  institution, two  of  which  must  be from a  leadership position.
•    Good  leadership  skills
•    Good  personal  presentation.
•    Ability  to work  under  pressure  and  minimum  supervision .
