•    Higher  Diploma  in Civil  Engineering ,
•    Work Experience –At least  5 years  in civil  construction
Skills
•    Must  have  good communication skills   (written and  verbal)
•    Must be hardworking  and  cooperative   enough
•    Able to stand  firm  and  willing to work  under pressure sometimes
