Job Title: CYPD/LEAP Program Coordinator
Location: Kampala with frequent travel upcountry


Key qualifications:

• Advanced degree in Education or any development related fields with five (5) years of experience in education management, coordination, implementation at district or national level in conflict/post conflict setting;
• Proven knowledge in teacher training, participatory appraisal or assessment techniques and budget development and management;
• Experience in working with the UN, EU and US donors,
International and national NGOs and government agencies.
• Must have very good analytical and report writing skills, proposal writing, communication and interpersonal skills, training and presentation skills;
• Good organizational skills, flexible and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced multi -tasking environment;
