Job Title: Customer Care Representative

Reports to: Customer Care Officer

Office Location: Gulu , Hoima



Key Accountabilities:

- Carry out field visits to monitor service delivery to health facilities within their region by ensuring that health facility coverage and call frequency targets are achieved.

- Carry out continuous Monitoring and Evaluation activities at health facilities as per the approved procedures.

- Co-ordinate the offices of NMS Headquarters, its distributions, district health officers and district security organizations and healthy facility in-charge to ensure that timely accountable delivery of supplies to the district and last destinations is made.

- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly statistical reports as appropriate.

- Assisting the Customer Care Officer as required.



Academic qualifications and Person Specification:

- Business related Degree with a minimum of two years relevant field work experience in sales/customer relations/accounting.

- Must possess a valid class B Drivers license with a clean driving record.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and written.

- Well developed analytical skills.

- Clearly identify and define issues that are being raised by customers and other stakeholders.

- Deal with difficult situations in a friendly manner and strive to speedy solutions.

- Must be fluent in the most spoken local language in the area where the office is located.
