We have an extensive range of scholarships and grants to recognise your outstanding academic achievements and support you in your studies - we support new and returning students at every stage.
Academic Excellence Scholarships
Academic Excellence Scholarships are awarded to the top A level applicants. Academic Excellence Scholarships winners receive between 100% to 50% waiver on tuition fees at Victoria University, Kampala for the full duration of their programmes (subject to academic performance and other requirements). Application details are available with our Admissions Office.
Rise Up Grants
Rise Up Grants are offered to new undergraduate candidates who are from financially disadvantaged backgrounds who show potential to rise up and excel. These scholarships are awarded to students who demonstrate evidence of financial hardship and significant academic achievements along with extra-curricular and community contributions. Winners are rewarded with 50% to 20% grants towards the tuition fees at Victoria University, Kampala for the full duration of their programme (subject to academic performance and other requirements). Application details are available with our Admissions Office.

Goodmorning members. I would like to thank you for the reply i received last time from the email i sent you. The only problem i saw is that scholarships are for people who have scored highly yet they are those who can make it at the University than those ones with high grades. Don't you think the daughter/son of the poor is left behind because they cant afford to take their children in "big" schools for them to pass highly because of different reasons. Any thanks for the effort you are putting in Uganda education.
Is true that the University is for the reach parents as some people say?
