Job Title: Administration Assistant
Reports to: Finance and Administration Manager

Job Purpose:
To provide administrative support and customer care to both the internal and external customers and promote the company image to the public.

Main Accountabilities:
• Develop and maintain an efficient and effective office management system
• Liaise with the Accounts Assistant to ensure timely provision of office supplies such as equipment, stationary and other logistical items.
• Liaise with utility service providers to ensure service continuity and notify the Finance & Administration Manager in case of need for intervation

Qualifications:
A Bachelors Degree in Secretarial Studies or Business Administration

Experience:
3 year’s relevant experience in a busy professional environment

Knowledge and Skills:
The Suitable candidate should be incredibly detail-oriented, with exceptional oral and written communication and interpersonal skills. He/ she must be skilled at multitasking with a high level of computer knowledge and skills
