Job Title: Partner Advisor- Monitoring and evaluation
Reports to: Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement the project M & E system based on the completed project strategy document and consistent with policies and procedures set forth in the CARE Uganda M&E frame work that will allow the project to track both the individual and cumulative impact of its intervations.
• Facilitate project baseline studies, annual reviews, midterm assessments and final evaluations and impact assessments

Person Specifications/ Qualifications:

• Strong writing, research and analytical skills
• Strong program Monitoring, evaluation, documentation and learning skills
• A post graduate degree or post graduate diploma in Project planning and management with statistical knowledge in SPSS, EZ-text, Epinfo
• 3 year experience in similar position
