Job Title: Project Manager

Reports to: Natural Resources Governance Program Manager
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop plans and strategies that will contribute to improvements in the well being of members of the impact group
• Manage the Project resources ensuring efficient usage and high standards of accountability
• Lead the program team in a manner that empowers them to deliver excellent service delivery and high standards

Person Specifications/ Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Development Studies or social Sciences, additional post graduate qualifications in Project Management, policy analysis and Advocacy
• Computer skills
• 5 years experience at a middle or senior management level in project management
