The Job holder should have a good practical background in all aspects of HR work with considerable knowledge and expertise in welfare services, counseling, recruitment and remuneration. The successful candidate will be a person of integrity who can command the respect of employees by applying the policies of caring employer ina firm and fair manner.
Possession of considerable management, written, oral and communication skills is essential

The successful candidate is likely to be aged 30-45 with at least 5 years relevant experience in a large organization. He/ she should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work and Social Administration or HR preferably with a post graduate qualification in HR
