Job Title: Partner Advisor- Social Services
Reports to: Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute towards development of strategic and tactical program plans, ensuring the commitment of all stakeholders and steady accomplishment of CARE’s objectives
• identify social services priorities of the impact group and their household members and actively develop operational plans for the implementation according to the agreed criteria

Person Specification:

• Bachelors degree in relevant disciplines with preference of public health; social sciences;Development studies
• 4 year work experience in similar assignments
• Experience in supporting marginalized group\understanding of human rights, policies, strategies, institutional and legal frame work as regards the protection of marginalized communities
