Job Title: Sales Manager

As part of our business strategy we wish to recruit qualified and experienced professional to fill the vacancies in the Radio (KFM) Department.

Main Responsibilities:
• To focus on achieving radio revenue objectives.
• To oversee collection of debt that is due from media agencies and direct advertisers so as to achieve collection targets
• Ensure that radio ledger carries reconciled balances
• Keeping track record sales and collection forecast of each Sales executive
• To liaise with the human resources Manager on the departmental training needs
• To keep an up to date radio client database to enable generation of weekly idea generation and forecast of each sales executive

Qualifications and Experience:
• Academic: first University Business Degree
• Professional: chartered Institute of marketing (CIM) Higher Diploma in Marketing (HDM)
• Experience: 3-5 years work experience
