Job Title: Sales Supervisor- Promotions
REF: HR-R-12-2011-03

As part of our business strategy we wish to recruit qualified and experienced professional to fill the vacancies in the Radio (KFM) Department.

Main Responsibilities:
• Identifying new ideas for promotions, discussing them with sales Manager, and planning for their implementation through the project committee and sales team
• Maintain close liaison with relevant sections and making weekly sales and collecting reports to the Sales Manager
• Developing products for promotions and initiatives to engage customers and clients
• Actively pursuing leads, reaching out to potential and existing clients, pitching the products

Qualification and Skills:
The ideal candidate should:
• Have a university degree
• Professional: Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM)-added advantage
• A minimum of 2 years post qualification relevant experience in a busy commercial environment
