Job Title: Sales Supervisor (Agencies)
Ref: HR-R-12-2011-04

As part of our business strategy we wish to recruit qualified and experienced professional to fill the vacancies in the Radio (KFM) Department.



Main Responsibilities:
• To achieve growth in revenues from agency clients to meet and exceed agreed revenue targets
• To ensure collection of debt that is due from media agencies so that collection targets are met
• Keeping track record on daily basis of sales and collection forecast
• To keep an up to date agency client database to enable generation of ideas and forecasts
• Ensure proper monitoring of agency traffic report and reconciliations

Qualifications and Experience:
• Academic: University Degree in business related field
• Experience: 3 to 5 years work experience
