Job Title: Brand Manager
Key Outputs:
To develop, implement, track and generally manage brand plans through effective communication and execution
Job responsibilities:
• Develop annual brand plans aimed at achieving CBL’s business goals
• Develop activity plans for new products and for existing ones
• Generate instructional briefs to the agency and ensure timely feedback
• Generate and coordinate brand communication campaigns and programs
• Track brand health performance and outline gaps identified
• Identify unique sponsorships that will grow brand awareness and trials
Qualifications and Skills Required
• A bachelors Degree preferably in Business Administration or commerce. (Marketing)
• Professional qualification in marketing (CIM)
• Three years working experience in a FMCG industry
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Budgeting and budgetary control
The desired person should be below 30 years of age and ready to work in any part of the country
