Job Title: Human Resource Manager
Reports to: the Operations and Administration Director
Specific Responsibilities:
• Process all local recruitment requests in an effective and efficient manner
• Maintain an up to date recruitment progress report, talent database and all related staffing communication
• Track competencies of both permanent and casual staff and provide leadership and development as required to achieve their performance objectives
• Conduct performance appraisal for all staff, direct reports & ensure it is done for the rest of production areas
Knowledge and education:
• University degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or Social Science with bias in Human Resource Management.
• Post-graduate diploma in Human Resource Management or related field is added advantage
• Minimum of five years HR experience with at least 2 years at management level
Skills and Abilities:
• Strategic Planning
• Developed problem resolution and general management expertise
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• High level of interpersonal and team skills
• Demonstrated integrity is key
